Mobil ini benar-benar mencerminkan satu unit crossover modern yang memadukan sisi elegan berbalut kemewahan dengan penampilan yang “macho”. Dari depan, Mazda CX-5 kali ini tampak lebih kalem dari mobil-mobil crossover lainnya. Desain front grill yang minimalis dipadukan dengan bentuk lampu utama yang sedikit lebih lebar membuat tampilan depan mobil ini terlihat mewah dan elegan.
